An Air-Personality, Toke Makinwa has refused to deny or confirm the allegations on the loss of her home.
Social media – most especially Twitter – was awash with the allegations that the Rhythm FM OAP had lost her newly acquired home in the wake on Monday, July 27.
Rather than respond to the allegation, the actress and author took to her Twitter handle to react to a few comments urging her to remain strong.
A Twitter user had called Toke’s attention to other users, who chose to believe the allegation and she responded saying, “And we shall help them. We move,” with a grinning emoji.
Amid the allegation on Monday, Toke informed her over 800,000 followers that she was going to get her nails done after much work in the office.
In the early hours of Tuesday, July 28, Toke informed her fans and followers that she will be joining a movie set. “ Movie-making today,” the ‘Market must sell’ actress wrote.
A few weeks back, Toke shared the news of the acquisition of her new home while urging women to be financially free.
She wrote in parts, “Dear woman, I see you, you rock, keep raising the bar. Keep shattering the ceiling, keep pushing that envelope.
“Financial freedom is a “must” for us, women, being able to do for yourself certainly has to be the goal, it’s nice to have help, it’s nice to come from wealth but it is important to raise women to believe that wealth is not gender-based
“I am super proud of all the women out there steady building, I bought my dream home at 35, (not my first property) while there certainly isn’t an age cap, seeing young ladies do it in their 20’s is such an inspiration, I love you all, keep doing you.”
