Enugu Rangers striker, Ifeanyi George, has died in an automobile crash on Benin-Agbor Expressway on Sunday, while touring down to Lagos.
The Traveling Antelope administration had accepted a 10-day split next the suspension of the Nigeria Professional Football League because of to the Coronavirus pandemic, Newswatch gathered.
The club confirmed this on its Twitter site but did not give aspects.
“We lost Ifeanyi George this morning,” the club tweeted.
It was learnt that the 26-12 months-outdated striker’s automobile rammed into a truck on his way to Lagos.
