Community law enforcement in Mombasa, Kenya on Monday January 6 advised CNN that a pastor stabbed his spouse for the duration of a church services and then kills himself in an agonising scene watched by the congregation.
Newswatch collected that one of the witnesses instructed police that the pastor, Elijah Misiko, an assistant pastor with the Ground for God’s Gospel Church had remaining his seat in the entrance to fulfill his spouse, Senior Pastor Ann Mughoi who was on the pulpit at the time, and he stabbed her with a person of the knives he experienced concealed in an envelope.
“He walked up to his spouse even though the church was praying as if he needed to whisper one thing to her,” Mombasa sub-county law enforcement commander Julius Kiragu explained.
“Then he took one of the knives and stabbed her (spouse) two times. He believed she was dead. “He then stabbed himself three periods in the tummy and slit his throat.”

Misiko, an assistant pastor died instantly from his stab wounds and Mughoi died at a community medical center a several hours afterwards, law enforcement claimed.
The pair had been engaged in a very long-operating feud more than the ownership and leadership of the church, Kiragu informed CNN.
In 2017, Misiko was detained by the law enforcement in Mombasa just after his wife alleged he planned to get rid of her, Kiragu stated.
