No Certificate of Return will be issued to Uzodinma – INEC


The Unbiased Countrywide Electoral Commission (INEC) has claimed it would not issue a Certificate of Return to Senator Hope Uzodinma as it experienced not been served the enrolled purchase of the Supreme Court docket judgement which sacked Governor Emeka Ihedioha of Imo State.

He explained, “Dear colleagues, you should be educated that the fee is still to be served with the enrolled buy of the Supreme Court docket judgement.

“Therefore, we can not challenge the Certification of Return to the APC prospect however. On the other hand, when the fee gets the enrolled order, the CoR will be issued.”
